Based on the mission and vision of ACADEMION International University in enhancing its developmental and cognitive role, and its commitment to actively contribute to serving the local and international community, this regulation comes to organize the work of the expertise houses at the university as one of the main arms that support the university's goals in the fields of scientific research, consulting, training, and community service.

Through this regulation, we aim to empower faculty members and researchers to establish specialized centers of expertise that have an innovative and entrepreneurial character, where each center of expertise is initiated by a qualified faculty member's personal initiative, serving as the nucleus for an academic, research, or consulting project that benefits the discipline and the community, reflecting the institutional identity of the university.

This regulation aims to establish an organized framework for creating, operating, and ensuring the sustainability of expertise houses, ensuring optimal utilization of the available competencies and expertise at the university, enhancing its position among universities and academic institutions, and contributing to providing qualitative services with added value at both local and international levels.
