The course was presented by the media figure Ms. Hattaf Tarabishi, and approximately 133 trainees attended the course.
It is worth noting that ACADEMION Institute equips trainees with knowledge, skills, and continuous training to keep up with scientific developments to enhance and improve their professional and practical performance, through a systematic training based on scientific foundations that offers the latest training programs using the latest methods and techniques that meet the actual needs necessary to improve work outputs through distance learning with recorded training programs that allow trainees to benefit from anywhere at any time.
The course (The Art of Self-Containment) contained a wealth of enriching information about many aspects that a person needs in life in general, whether on the practical, family, or social level, especially in enjoying life in all its aspects.
Dr. Firas Al-Harbi expressed his gratitude and appreciation to ACADEMION Institute and what it offers in developmental courses that uplift individuals and communities in an interview with Oyun Al-Madina electronic newspaper. He added: I talked in the course about sound mental health, about containment and the definition of containment, about the failure of containment and its consequences, and I also discussed important insights in mental health, negative emotions and their harm to humans, positive emotions and their benefits, as well as the benefits of giving and the art of self-containment, in addition to several important rules including the rule "Avoid what harms you", the rule "Abundance", and "The Law of Attraction". I spoke about adapting to reality, coexisting, and forgiving others. I also discussed the percentage of love that humans have for any individual compared to the global average, and I talked about many matters that concern a person in self-containment and facing the difficulties and pressures they encounter in life, and how to overcome those difficulties and pressures through sound positive thinking, through coexisting with matters, and through the ability to think creatively to come up with solutions by avoiding negative emotions such as complaining and whining, as well as avoiding feelings of hatred, malice, envy, and monitoring others, and passing judgments on them.
Dr. Al-Harbi indicated that all these pressures, difficulties, and emotions lead to the accumulation of negative feelings, which in turn lead to mental illnesses that harm individuals and cause them to live in conflict and mental distraction, distancing their focus and hindering their potentials and creativity towards success.
