Conditions and Regulations for Expertise Houses

1. The founder must be a member of the faculty at ACADEMION International University, or have accredited academic or professional experience at a recognized university or institution internationally, in accordance with the regulations and procedures approved by the university. 

2. The fields of work of the expertise houses must reflect the scientific specialties of its participating members.

3. Each expertise house consists of one individual and does not exceed five faculty members and those equivalent at the university, and an administrative employee may be among them. 

4. Commitment to all items and articles stated in the regulatory system for expertise houses at ACADEMION International University.

5. Choosing an appropriate name for the expertise house that reflects the specialty and services it provides. 

6. Completing the data of the application form for registering the expertise house and signing by all members, with the curriculum vitae of all members of the house attached. 

7. Completing the data of the founding contract of the expertise house and signing by all members.  

8. Applications must be submitted through an official transaction according to the approved forms to the Dean of the Research and Studies Center at the university via the official website.

9. Attach the documents and complete all designated forms.  

10. Payment of fees in the amount of ten thousand Saudi Riyals (10,000 SAR) and renewed every two years.
